Innescare dei momenti di condivisione, di confronto, di riflessione (come stiamo facendo all´interno del comune di Notaresco , unico caso in Abruzzo, che io sappia ) con tutti i livelli e con tutte le risorse a disposizione debbano assumere sempre maggiore rilevanza per la costruzione di un futuro piú vivibile.
