Blacky is "born" e cresciuto in canile, conosceva solo quella realtà, a parte una piccola parentesi durata 3 mesi...
Quella era la sua casa, la sua vita, quelli erano i suoi odori, e ha sempre visto andare e venire compagni di cella...era abituato così.
Era il "cane evasore" per eccellenza...riusciva con le zampe ad aprire il suo box per scappare...e chissà dove....
Ha vissuto tutta la vita nella "caverna", e ora ha finalmente conosciuto la "luce"...
Viene spontaneo prendercela con noi stessi per non avergli trovato in 11 anni una vera famiglia...
ma non sentiamoci in colpa per questo...la sua casa era quella.
Lui si accontentava di uscire con noi al sabato, sapeva che noi c'eravamo, e lo amavamo.
E' sempre rimasto da parte,in silenzio, quel silenzio con cui se n'è anche andato...senza dare nell'occhio a nessuno. Come sempre.
Ma non se n'è andato da solo, noi, tutti, eravamo lì con lui...e sabato scorso in canile ha regnato una strana pace che son certa era opera sua.
Sarà sempre con noi, e con tutti gli altri pelosi.

Come si diceva nel post del 7 febbraio scorso ( Sui tagli, sull´Innovazione ) é necessaria la capacitá di otimizzare quel che you have available .

La beffa é che un enorme capitale che ogni organizzazione ha giá al proprio interno. Innescare dei momenti di condivisione, di confronto, di riflessione (come stiamo facendo all´interno del comune di Notaresco , unico caso in Abruzzo, che io sappia ) con tutti i livelli e con tutte le risorse a disposizione debbano assumere sempre maggiore rilevanza per la costruzione di un futuro piú vivibile.

Innovation is not a simple path and not easy: it is long and requires organization, commitment, clarity of ideas and values, perseverance and openness, the spirit of sharing, usability, tools and more.

The wait in the hope that the world returns to be "once" (but it's not clear what, though!) Is a recipe for certain failure. Innovation is a possibility for the future of our institution (and any organization, as I said earlier) and we must seize it.
An office dedicated as that for the 'Innovation , I think it's an idea to chew on together to find, as soon as possible, a place within the municipal organization.

In many deny certain recent decisions of the government and honestly can not say the opposite or defend indefensible positions.
In this post But I want to focus on one aspect: the cuts.
I do not know if cuts are needed or not (I can not talk about big things and I do not know) but I know from experience that the "best" in any field is not who has more (economically speaking) but who can do better with what we have available. In short, fino a qualche decennio fá i tagli non erano necessari, eppure la situazione statale non mi sembra che fosse migliore (mi riferisco ai servizi).
Piú soldi non vuol dire necessariamente piú servizi e/o migliori servizi, non vuol dire necessariamente piú e/o migliore organizzazione, almeno per il sistema Italia.

Allora la questione qual é?
La soluzione, ritengo che sia da ricercare nelle capacitá di otimizzare quel che si ha a disposizione.

Le virtú (gastronomiche), ad esempio, sono una bella ed utile metafora, del nostro territorio e della nostra cultura, di quanto sia utile saper sfruttare al meglio le risorse a propria disposizione e fare un capolavoro con quello che si é saputo riciclare e trasformare.
