Art 100 - Reimbursement of expenses: Negotiable GUARDS SWORN ....... Several critical issues for the classroom

                                                           
                              


For substantiated and verifiable need for temporary and short-term, the employee can be sent into service in places other than normal location work.
The employee temporarily employed in service beyond ten kilometers (or other remote or local contracts already provided) from the boundaries of the municipalities considered as normal places of work and provided that the employee does not come with it to be favored by an approach, will be entitled to treatment Economic contractually due for hours actually worked and reimbursement of travel expenses to the greatest way - by means authorized - in terms of distance traveled

If the worker is sent on a mission for temporary service beyond the jurisdiction of the Institute shall be entitled to the remuneration provided for the hours actually worked, including any overtime requested which is as well:
- the actual costs of travel means authorized;
- reimbursement of living expenses for board regularly documented, when the
duration of the mission requiring the worker to meet those costs;
- the repayment of any other documents necessary to
pocket expenses in providing the service.
If the employee sent on a mission for temporary service beyond the jurisdiction of the Institute can not return to normal place of work within three hours after the end of the service, will be entitled to the provisions of the preceding paragraph and, provided all the time away from your normal place of work is not paid as actual work, the following processing of mission:


- reimbursement of costs of living accommodation, regularly documented
when the duration of the worker to meet mission requirements tali spese;

Se la missione dura più di 24 ore l'indennità di trasferta di cui sopra verrà calcolata moltiplicando il trenta per cento della quota giornaliera della normale retribuzione mensile di cui all'art. 105 per il numero dei giorni di missione.
Restano salve le condizioni di miglior favore in ordine al trattamento di trasferta.
Fermo restando quanto stabilito dal secondo comma, le Parti convengono che, anche in relazione a quanto già previsto all'art. 10 del CCNL, a livello territoriale la disciplina relativa to travel will receive special consideration in relation to specific land and related organizational issues.
